Personal Mission Statement: My primary mission in life is to know God more intimately; enjoy Him as my loving, wholly good, and trustworthy Heavenly Father; to abide in His Son, Jesus Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit; and to obey my Father’s will as revealed in the precious and timeless Word of God.
As an outgrowth of that mission, I desire to live a holy, exemplary life--confessing sin daily and seeking God's counsel through the scriptures and prayer. I acknowledge that I am nothing without God's loving mercy and grace and Christ's sacrifice for my sins, but that through Him, nothing is impossible! God has not called me to be successful as the world measures success, but to be faithful.
My prayer regarding ministry and outreach is simple: "Be it unto me according to your word" (Luke 1:38). My heart's desire is to challenge and encourage people to make powerful, daily choices that are motivated by God's love and aligned with His heart and character.
